There seems to be no other way of moving the camera unless you have an Apple Trackpad. :: Hitting the COMMAND button and either up/down key will move the camera up/down. This is a setting that cannot be changed due to running OS X Yosemite. Fortunately, moving the mouse in the right area (about half an inch down from the top of the screen) will not open up that pesky little bar. :: There have been many people saying that Edge Scrolling in the game is not working when you move the mouse to the top of the screen.
